Feedback on Empathy at work
As we're on a journey to become CNVC Certified NVC trainers, feedback is crucial for us, both in learning to convey the core of NVC, and also to learn to learn.
We'd like to receive both quantitative (NPS score) and qualitative (open feedback), because those together help us in our quest to provide the most value for the precious time we spend together.

If you could accompany your open feedback with an observation, it would help us meet our need for share reality with you - otherwise we might resort to guess either the observation or do guesswork and evaluation on what we could have done differently.
